Great customer service
 I would like to take this opportunity to tell all of your customers what a great company Metalwood is.I had the misfortune of somebody mistakenly switching my brand new  #33 Metalwood bat with an older well used bat,although it worked well and the ball shot off the bat like a rocket, but it still was not my new one. My wife contacted  Jim and told him the story and he graciously sent me a brand new one. i invite any ballplayer to come try my Metalwood #33 bat.
