All MetalWood Bats have a sixty day (60) warranty.  The warranty entitles any bat owner to the replacement or repair of their MetalWood Bat if it should break or otherwise suffer damage under normal batting conditions.  Misuse or abuse to the wood barrel is not covered. Abusive activity includes, but is not limited to, any activity other than practicing or playing with the bat. The bat should be treated like a wooden bat in care and maintenance procedures.  Any bat sent in for warranty coverage must be accompanied by an original or copy of the proof of purchase or bill of sale for the bat in question.

Natural wear to the laminate of the wood barrel is to be expected and for a $50 charge, MetalWood Bats offers a one-time reconditioning service for your bat.  Please completely enter all of the requested information and mail to the address listed below.
